Chi Omega's love philanthropies

On March 21 Chi Omega participated in Tri Delta's cheerleading competition.

All of the sororities and fraternities participated in this event in support of Tri Delta's philanthropy  called triple play which helps them raise money for St. Jude.

The cheerleaders that participated in triple plays cheer competition practiced for several weeks in advance.

The cheerleaders hard work really paid off when the judges announced that…

Chi Omega won first place in the competition.

Another philanthropy event that Chi Omega participated in was Pi Kappa Phi's disability dance!

Chi Omega was really happy that we were able to attend. This was definitely a moving experience for many members of Chi O.

Chi Omega wants to wish Kappa Sig and Phi Mu good luck this weekend with their philanthropies!

We will see you there!

word.
Saturday was a busy day full of philanthropic events for the Chi Omegas.
These night owls woke up early and gave it their all at the Delta Tau Delta Cystic Fibrosis 22nd annual sports challenge. The sports challenge consisted of many tournaments, including volleyball, dodge ball, tug-of-war, and a basketball shoot out. The competition was very heated but the Chi Omega's didn't walk away empty handed.
Let me get a hoot hoot for 2nd place in volleyball!

HOOT HOOT!

Later that night, many Chi Omega's attended the gentleman of Pi Kappa Alpha's (PIKE) annual Draw Down. Many people came out for the event and the Pike's raised a good amount of money for the American Red Cross. Four of our girls actually had a ticket that ended up in the the last four tickets, which left them with about $400 in their pocket! Super exciting night for the Chi Omegas.

Pictures from Anchor Splash

Some pictures from DG's philanthropy Anchor Splash

Goodness gracious, Grannys were on the loose last night!
Chi O's set fire to the stage as they performed as the special entertainment for Delta Gamma's annual Anchor Splash philanthropy event. Our theme this year was Granny's and most everyone got pretty serious about dressing up. One girl decided to dress as Grandaddy and she and her "wife" played the part all evening long.

Here's the happy couple now!

Fortunately, no one broke a hip or lost their dentures, so we'd say it's a successful night.

Tomorrow we have yet another philanthropy event. Delta Tau Delta's Cystic Fibrosis sports challenge will be hosted in the Payne Center bright and early in the morning and we plan on brining our game face and taking down all of the challenges.

Yes, really.
